EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchange/ return deadline

The customer may return or exchange products within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Refunds may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank.


Changes

1. To request an exchange, you must first make a return by sending us the product in its original condition.

2. Once we receive your product, you will receive your full refund in the same payment method used.

3. The next step is to place a new order with the new item.


Returns and exchanges

Hill Napper will reimburse all costs paid and shipping charges.

3. We will not accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged products (as long as it is not a defect in quality or workmanship).

4. All returns or exchanges must be carefully packaged and include the delivery note.

5. After checking that it is in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund to your bank account or the credit card used.
